Youll work closely with our team (Senior Consultants, Directors and Managing Partner) and contribute directly to high-quality work across diverse clients and sectors.It is also a unique opportunity to grow your professional exposure across the HR profession in WA.Key Responsibilities include:Deliver HR generalist consulting work across projects and ongoing client relationships.Prepare clear, client-ready documentation including position descriptions, employment contracts/letters, policies and procedures and reports.Contribute to consulting activities such as job design, policy review, workforce planning, recruitment, classification assessment and employee relations.Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs, communicate updates, and ensure delivery.Use business systems including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Asana and Harvest to track and manage work.Work independently and in partnership with others to ensure projects stay on track and aligned to client objectives.What were looking forA capable HR generalist with sound judgment and a solid grasp of employment and workplace practices.Sound working knowledge of Australian employment law and ability to interpret and apply Modern Awards and relevant industrial instruments.A high level of written accuracy and attention to detail across all client-facing work.Professional communication skills with a collaborative and respectful approach.Digital confidence, particularly with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools.Tertiary qualification in HR, IR or a related field, with an interest in continued development.Experience in an HR consultant, business partner or officer role, ideally in a professional services or project-based context.The role and what we offerThis is a full-time role, with time split between our West Perth office, client offices, and working from home.
