Join us and be part of a team that is making a positive impact on the community.About The RoleAs the Contracts and Procurement Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading the Procurement and Contracts Team. Your role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive framework that aligns with the Council''s procurement and contracting objectives. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities are efficient, effective, and provide maximum value for money.Your leadership will be crucial in building capacity within the Council, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ethical practises within the procurement function.Who We''re Looking ForWe are looking for a skilled professional who possesses a strong background in procurement and contract management.
