We are innovative and forward thinking in our approach to the delivery of community services.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our wonderful facility located in the wonderful town of Yackandandah which is located 30 minutes drive from Albury. This role involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.Reporting to the Community General Manager & Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include care governance, financial management, human resource management, sales and marketing, environmental services, and general administration. Understanding the residential aged care environment and standards, along with having a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents, is essential.What You Will DoAs the Residential Service Manager, you will:Engage residents and help them live their best livesLead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding resident experiencesManage the budget and use resources wiselyEnsure residents receive safe, high-quality careManage the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality StandardsDeliver strong financial sustainabilityWho Are You And What Will You Bring5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sectorRegistered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)People management and leadership experienceTertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCome experience the charm, history, and warmth of Yackandandah its more than a place; its an invitation to create your own remarkable story!Interested?
