You will need:A solid understanding of receivables and debt recovery processesAn analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsExperience or willingness to learn debtor recoveryExperience with Private Health Fund claiming/Eclipse (desirable)Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsA commitment to data accuracy and high-quality workThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in Radiology or the healthcare industry, and knowledge of Medicare billing & MBS, would be advantageous but is not essential.
