As Product Technical Lead, Data Platforms, you will take full ownership of their core data benchmarking platform, a flagship product that plays a vital role in shaping insights across national and international health systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong data engineering or business intelligence development background, who has since stepped into leadership and thrives at the intersection of product, data, and delivery.The OpportunityThis isnt just another leadership roleits your chance to drive and scale a data platform that directly impacts real-world healthcare outcomes. You will oversee the technical direction and day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, robust, and release-ready for international expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale the technical operations of a complex, data-driven health platform within a fast-paced product environment.Own the end-to-end product release lifecycle, including planning, CI/CD deployment processes, change management, and incident response.Oversee and enhance data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and timely delivery across the platform.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and third-party vendors to align technical outcomes with business priorities.Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Data Engineers, Analysts, QA specialists, and Data Governance professionals.Champion engineering best practices, including DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.Promote a culture of Agile delivery, innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.Who Were Looking ForWere searching for a technical leader with a strong data background, proven leadership capability, and a track record of building and managing scalable data platforms.
