This role is for a part-time weekend physiotherapist responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and contributing to discharge planning within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care aligned with the values and strategic goals of Ramsay Health Care. This role offers variety across clinical areas and will be appointed at Grade 1 or Grade 2, depending on experience.Skills And ExperienceWe are looking for a dynamic individual with strong clinical and communication skills, a passion for customer-focused care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA.Minimum one (1) year of physiotherapy experience in a hospital setting.Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs.Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands.Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.The HospitalKareena Private Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with over 70 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
