Drive performance, safety, and service excellence.About the Role -At Toll, we connect people and products. As aShift Manager, youll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Moorebank site. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Transport Supervisors, youll oversee day-to-day activities, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and legislative standards.This is a hands-on leadership role where youll manage resources, drive performance, and build strong relationships with internal teams and key customers, including Woolworths.Key Responsibilities and Duties -Manage shift operations to meet safety, service, and financial performance targets.Allocate resources effectively to meet daily workload and operational goals.Lead and support site initiatives that drive innovation and growth.Foster collaboration across teams and promote a customer-first mindset.Ensure compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law and other transport regulations.Maintain strong relationships with Woolworths Transport Managers and teams.Monitor and improve On Time Delivery performance (99.5%+ target).Investigate service failures and implement corrective actions.What Youll BringProven experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations.Strong understanding of transport legislation and Chain of Responsibility.Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI management.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
