This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of business systems that support our vital work resolving complaints between consumers and their energy or water provider. If you''re experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and want to work at the intersection of technology, business process improvement, and data analytics wed love to hear from you.About the RoleThe Enterprise Solutions Specialist plays a central role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing EWOSAs core technology systems and digital solutions. Working closely with the Technology and Business Intelligence Manager (TBIM), youll lead improvements to our Case Management System, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, and cloud-based infrastructure. Youll also contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives, web and intranet updates, data and analytics support, and act as the primary liaison with our external ICT service providers.
