Ideally youll have experience working in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers. Previous work with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) is a bonus. We are looking for additions to our Client Delivery team that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken.Our Client Delivery Team exists to turn complex problems into amazing outcomes. As a Senior Client Delivery Lead youll need to be comfortable working in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client. Youre going to need to live and breathe Kraken, and be as comfortable finding a meter read as you are trying to identify a customer need.Senior Client Delivery Leads need to understand how Kraken works, be able to help clients identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients. They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users.
