Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, Brisbane South and Gold Coast, you will join a high performing team that is putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Develop, lead and execute business development strategy for both existing and new-to-bank customers.Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in preparing business lending proposals, including analyzing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.Support the delivery of the local areas performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics, and employee engagement.Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Substantial experience in business banking and/or relationship management within a major financial institution.Capability in building your own and enterprise brand in internal and external markets.A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions, to help customers grow their business and operate efficiently.Proven ability to collaborate across various business units for optimal customer outcomes.The ability to provide technical advice and guidance regarding debt products and deal structuring.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know our people make us who we are.
