We are continuing to grow quickly, with a proven model enabling us to open 30+ services a year across Australia.The role will be working 2 days per week (minimum) throughout August, initially for a period of 4-6 weeks on a maximum-term contract (August September 2025), with potential to extend. Candidates looking for a casual role will also be considered.About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy administrative assistant to support our marketing team in updating online content and digital assets over a period of 6 weeks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a keen eye for accuracy in data entry and asset management.Reporting to the digital marketing manager, your role would include:Data entry and management - accurately input and update marketing and service data across platformsSEO - Support to update and optimise website content for searchDigital asset maintenance - organize and manage digital files including images, videos, and documentsAdministrative support - support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasksWorking within our dynamic marketing team, you will have the opportunity to learn about campaigns, digital marketing and executionCasual position, flexibility to work around university or training schedulesConvenient location in Drummoyne NSW close to Birkenhead Shopping outletSupportive workplace environmentSkills and Experience:Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Data Management, or related field (completed or in progress)Proficiency in Microsoft Office WorkspaceFamiliarity or aptitude to learn digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, CRM)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and a desire to achieve resultsApply today and make an impact!Nido Early School is a Child Safe Organisation.
