This will see the successful candidate provided the opportunity for autonomy to manage its own portfolio relative to the part-time nature of the role and act as mentor for inhouse talent development. The responsibilities include but are not limited to;All aspects of first-contact customer service, specifically answering queries and providing advice,Directing and overseeing all administration tasks pertaining to the schemes,Reviewing correspondence, agendas, minutes, voting papers and nomination papers,Meeting attendance and minute taking,Working and building relationships with the committees,Keeping up to date with legislative changes.The successful candidate will have experience as a Strata Manager and extensive knowledge of the relevant Act and Regulations as well as:Minimum 3 years as a Strata ManagerHigh level customer service skills and attention to detail standards.First-rate verbal and written communication skills.Ability to problem solve, exceed client service and deadlines expectations.Preferably knowledge of Stratamax software package.Knowledge in Microsoft Office, 365 Suite and Adobe.Experience with layered schemes and BMS is a plus!Honest, dedicated and a team player.Personable with a positive attitude whom consider challenges an opportunity.Highly competitive salary package negotiable based on prior Strata Management experienceYoung, vibrant and friendly team environmentOpportunity for progression and trainingFlexibility availableExciting professional development and open-ended career opportunities in an ever growing industry.All applications will be treated confidentially.
