Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager Experience with vacates, entries, exits, and leasing (support staff allocated to these tasks) Hands-on role with the ability to work autonomously Preferred trust accounting experience Highly organized and professional demeanor Ability to manage a portfolio Current QLD Registration Current Driver''s Licence and own vehicle Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel Experience with PropertyMe software Knowledge of tenant induction, lease sign-ups, and vacating tenants for smooth tenancies Experience with trust accounting and QCAT Enjoy working in a busy but vibrant environment Passionate, bubbly, and friendly attitude What is on offer Our client''s commitment includes a stable working environment and a very attractive salary package.
