Youll lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they''re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.Your Role:As our Project Manager, youll be responsible for:Stakeholder Management: Communicate clearly, build trust, and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.Team Leadership: Unite and lead diverse project teams; mentor and support staff across all levels.Budget Planning & Control: Build, manage, and adjust project budgets; track costs and changes.Procurement: Source, negotiate, and manage supply chains to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Safety & Quality Systems: Implement and monitor safety systems and quality assurance processes aligned with IETs standards.Performance Monitoring & Production Control: Measure progress against KPIs and production targets; course-correct where necessary.Commercial & Contract Management: Understand and manage contractual obligations, scope changes, and risk.Document Control: Maintain high standards of documentation for compliance and transparency.Systems Integration: Drive the adoption and improvement of business systems (e.g., Procore, SimPRO, Asset Panda) across delivery teams.Youll Need to Be Someone Who:Is an exceptional communicator who can unite teams and drive performance.Takes full ownership of outcomes and follows up on accountability.Is passionate about training others - and being trained themselves.Has a keen eye for process improvement and innovation.Delivers results that exceed expectations.Embodies IETs values of being Responsible, Committed, and Dynamic.What Youll Bring:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or construction industries.Solid understanding of budgets, cost tracking, and commercial contracts.Experience with safety and quality systems implementation.Familiarity with project delivery tools (Procore, SimPRO, SharePoint, etc.) is highly desirable.A collaborative mindset and the drive to push for continual improvement.Why IET?Were a forward-thinking electrical contractor that values innovation, integrity, and performance.
