Now, we aim to lead in AI adoption.We need a tech-savvy innovator to spearhead the integration of intelligent systems into our business, including automation, machine learning, and next-generation tools that enhance our speed, intelligence, and customer focus.In this role, you will be both a strategist and a builderworking hands-on to optimize processes, boost productivity, and implement effective AI tools. You will collaborate across teams to design and deploy smart systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data integrity.This is your opportunity to shape the future of fashion technology at a brand committed to bold moves and staying ahead of the curve.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement AI applications across personalization, demand forecasting, inventory management, product design, customer service, and more.Automate manual, repetitive tasks using AI across the company, including your own workflow.Design and deploy AI agents across various departments.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success metrics.Partner with users and teams to ensure smooth operational implementation.Maintain internal tools and automation systems to increase employee productivity.Educate teams on new AI capabilities and best practices.Create documentation, training resources, and support processes.Work cross-functionally to ensure adoption and measurable value delivery.Monitor AI model performance and refine based on data insights.Analyze and report on KPIs and ROI of AI initiatives.Own systems and processes, troubleshooting and refining automation as needed.Research and recommend cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to stay industry-leading.Identify automation and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with business teams.About You35+ years of experience in AI or technology implementation, preferably in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or digital platforms.Strong understanding of AI in commercial applications with practical use case experience.Hands-on experience automating business processes and deploying internal AI tools.Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.Analytical mindset focused on commercial impact.Confident communicator capable of bridging technical and business teams.Passionate about e-commerce, emerging tech, and AI-driven innovation.Self-starter comfortable with both strategy and hands-on delivery.Ready to build the future with us?
