Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Commercial Real Estate team thats doubling down on winning together!Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Assess property development and investment transactionsPrepare and submit property lending proposalsMaintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolioUtilise a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacyDevelop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performanceWere looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference that you hold a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification)Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacyA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
