Our studio is home to industry veterans and fresh talent alike, making us more equipped than ever to deliver unforgettable experiences.Position OverviewWe are currently looking for a Senior Rendering Programmer to optimize graphics and bridge the gap between game development and technical art. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, visually compelling experiences across platforms.Understand and support the needs of technical artists and visual teamsImplement and optimize rendering techniques to enhance game graphicsDevelop and maintain graphics features such as shaders, lighting, and post-processing effectsWrite and maintain custom rendering code and shaders (HLSL, GLSL, etc.)Ensure consistent visual quality and performance across PC, console, and mobile platformsCollaborate closely with artists, technical artists, and engineering teamsOptimize assets and rendering pipelines for cross-platform compatibilityWork primarily with Unreal Engine, C++, and shader languagesMinimum 3 years of programming experienceStrong proficiency in C++Solid experience with shader languages (HLSL, GLSL, etc.)In-depth understanding of rendering technologies (materials, post-processing, rendering pipelines)Proven track record with Unreal EngineExperience in performance optimization and profiling across platformsGood hardware knowledge (mobile, PC, console)Excellent debugging and problem-solving skillsStrong collaboration skills with technical art and visual teamsPrior experience in game development requiredFlexible work model to support work-life balance.Learning and development programs to foster professional growth.Private Health Insurance and fitness subsidies.Relaxation space with massage chair.Employee mental health assistance.Additional leave including birthday, Christmas, and women''s health leave.Free coffee, daily snacks, and light breakfast.Social Friday drinks with friendly game tournaments.Spectacular roof-top terrace with river views and a game room.Referral program with generous bonuses.Awesome Gameloft-themed merch.Studio Mascot - Mr. Hendricks, our friendly Dachshund who protects our studio.We cant wait to find our next great talent!If you want to join a team that values its people and makes really cool games, we want to hear from you!
