Job Description for Test Lead in Sydney and Melbourne:Overview:We are seeking a Test Lead to provide onsite support at various locations, leading SIT, UAT, and BAT activities.Responsibilities:Develop test strategies and planning activities.Create Test Status Reports and Test Completion Reports for verification testing.Report regularly to stakeholders on progress, milestones, risks, and issues.Collaborate closely with project team members, business stakeholders, and technical teams.Qualifications:8+ years experience managing the Test Lifecycle, especially for new system implementations.Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in system and business verification testing.Experience in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans (SIT, UAT, BAT), and Test Completion reports.Hands-on experience leading UAT verification testing and obtaining sign-off for test artifacts.Ability to develop test scripts, verification templates, and status reports.Familiarity with online testing tools and processes.Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle, risk identification, and controls.Strong planning and prioritization skills to deliver within time constraints.Desirable Skills and Experience:Commitment to Aruma values and Code of Conduct.Positive attitude towards people with disability, their families, and carers.Confident communication and organizational skills.Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with systems and technology.Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Adapt communication styles to meet individual or group needs.High attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy skills.Nice to Have:NDIS experience.Test/Quality certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced level).Experience with JIRA and online testing tools.Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.Own transport and drivers license for travel between offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
