In this role,youll work closely with prospective customers and theirfamilies to understand their needs, identify suitable services, andsupport a smooth and confident entry into Warrigal. This is asales-focused role with a strong customer service element.Youll be responsible for engaging both new and existingcustomers, helping them transition between services as needed,while also working to increase occupancy and support revenuegrowth.Youll collaborate with internal teams and provideaccurate, easy-to-understand information around service options andcosts, helping customers make informed decisions.
