Youll lead from the front - designing, building, and scaling solutions that matter. You love working in a team that values trust, autonomy, and a bit of fun along the way. Youre not afraid to try new things, share what you learn, and help others grow.Youll bring a builders mindset and a passion for emerging tech, coupled with a passion for mentoring others and lifting the capability of the team. You will communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team and be comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating fast. Youll believe in doing things the right way - secure, scalable, and maintainable.Youll NeedDemonstrated experience in software or AI engineering (ideally 10 plus years), coupled with demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.Strong coding skills in Python, C#, or Java.Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., transformers, LLMs).Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, custom connectors).Proven ability to design and deliver AI solutions across business domains.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred or AWS/GCP).Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.Automation experience, especially with visual business objects.As part of your application, include your up-to-date resume plus a cover letter outlining your experience with GenAI and how you use GenAI daily to enhance business processes, efficiencies or customer experience.Youll be part of a workplace where youll feel like you belong.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
