You should have a solid understanding of engineering design principles, construction and maintenance techniques, and be familiar with technical guidelines and industry specifications.Experience managing infrastructure asset-related permits is essential, as are strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required to prepare reports, present recommendations, and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and design software is expected, along with a current Victorian Drivers Licence to support travel across the municipality.
