Senior Business Process Consultant - Permanent Full Time / Perth CBD OfficeWe''re seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead the optimisation, standardisation, and future-proofing of key business processes across the organisation. In this role, you''ll work across multiple functions to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that support our strategic goals.You''ll lead end-to-end process reviews, from evaluation to implementation, ensuring our workflows are efficient, compliant, and support our strategic goals. If you''re driven by continuous improvement and enjoy working collaboratively, this is your chance to shape how we operate and make a lasting impact across the business.Your Role in ActionLead annual process audits and reviews to ensure business processes remain efficient and compliantDesign and implement future-state improvements and manage associated changeCollaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and deliver sustainable outcomesProvide coaching and support to ensure quality and consistency across process workIdentify opportunities for improvement and leverage enabling technologies to drive innovation and improvementConsult across the business on cross-functional changes that deliver measurable outcomesBuild strong, collaborative partnerships that support lasting process improvementsWhat Makes You a Great Fit5+ years of experience in business process roles within regulated industries (e.g., energy, mining, infrastructure)A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in Business Process Management, quality systems, and continuous improvementExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsA track record of successfully driving organisational or cultural change initiativesStrong project management and analytical skillsA proactive and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement and problem-solvingBy joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
