Additionally, we have operations across Asia, North and South American continents and Europe. Brisbane is home to our corporate office.About your new position:As Senior Analyst - ServiceNow Enablement, you will drive the adoption of our core technology platform across domestic and international sites. Acting as a key enabler of digital transformation, youll lead initiatives to embed the platform within business processes, champion user engagement, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. You will engage closely with domestic and international teams, platform developers, and senior stakeholders to deliver workshops, uncover insights, and create a consistent and scalable enablement experience across the organisation.In this role you will:Champion the embedding of a core technology platform across Glencores Zinc and Nickel teams globally.Provide strategic and operational support to the Specialist ServiceNow System, contributing to critical artifacts such as product roadmaps and planning documents.Engage with stakeholders to cultivate strong collaborative relationships.Plan and lead interactive workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for end users and stakeholders.Liaise between business and technical teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements.Analyse user experience metrics to identify gaps and propose strategies for improvement.Maintain knowledge on platform capabilities and prototype/demonstrate features to illustrate potential solutions.The requirements for this position are:Sound foundational knowledge of the Now platform and applicationsAbility to understand, in detail, the business users supported by the Now platformAbility to describe business and user requirements to estimate relative effort and deliver business functionalityExperience in communications, organisational change management, and/or human-centred designStrong relationship building skillsProject co-ordination and stakeholder managementCuriosity and teamworkWhats in it for you?Apart from being in a worldwide organisation for your career to grow, you will join a team of people who are enthusiastic about their work and enjoy what they do.
