With long-term funding secured through 2027, this program is reshaping customer experience across digital platforms, CRM, and contact centre technologies using Gen AI and advanced data practices.Your new role4x Functional BAsFocused on digital transformation, CRM, and customer experience uplift2x Technical BAsFocused on data mapping, scripting, and backend integrationFunctional BA Responsibilities:Lead workshops and gather high-level business requirementsCollaborate with Product Owners on delivery roadmapsSupport Episodes 1-3 (data mapping, BA shaping, AI-driven contact center)Document backlog items and support hygiene planningWork across CRM, ERP, and digital channelsTechnical BA Responsibilities:Analyse and document data flows across banking systemsSupport data mapping and backend integrationWork with SQL and scripting to support technical demandsTranslate business needs into technical specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional squads and delivery leadsWhat you''ll need to succeedFunctional BA:8-10 years'' experience in digital transformationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsFinancial services or banking backgroundCRM and contact center experience (Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Polly)Gen AI exposure is a plusTeam-oriented and proactive mindsetTechnical BA:8-10 years'' experience as a Technical BAStrong SQL, scripting, and data flow understandingExperience with data lakes and backend systemsGen AI and CRM/contact center tech exposureFinancial services experience essentialAnalytical and detail-focused personalityWhat you''ll get in returnJoin one of the big 4 banks as part of an exciting, large scale, multi year digital transformation.
