What Youll Be Doing Take Ownership Lead the structural design and delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings Solve Meaningful Problems Step beyond the drawings to address real-world design challenges Grow Into a Leadership Role Autonomy from day one, with mentorship and a clear path to seniority Be the Clients Go-To Lead meetings, manage relationships, and become the trusted technical face of the project Work Smarter Use open BIM workflows, custom software tools, and collaborate with a highly capable teamBased on the Gold Coast, with 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest flexible.
