KDEC Electrical & Solar are currently looking for a Finance/Business Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation located in Albury Wodonga. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a passionate team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day operations of the business.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the businesss finance functions. Key responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, managing payroll, and overseeing supplier relationships. We offer an attractive salary, flexible working arrangements, and a diverse role within a motivated team that forms the foundation of our culture.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementing and reviewing internal control processes to ensure long-term success;Managing the finance function, including daily reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable;Liaising with external accountants regarding the financial position of the group;Supporting the administration team in client relations and operations within the Electrical & Solar divisions;Preparing and processing weekly payroll, superannuation, payroll tax returns, and PAYG lodgements;Preparing employment contracts and managing RTW coordination for Workcover claims;Performing additional duties as required.Skills and Experience:The successful candidate will have:At least 5 years of experience in financial or business management roles;Strong organisational, management, and interpersonal skills;Excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels of the organisation;A university degree in Accounting or Commerce/Business (highly regarded);Extensive experience with accounting software, particularly Xero and integrated job management systems;HR experience is desirable but not essential.Would you like to tell us anything else?
