This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in marine infrastructure projects across the region.What will a day in this role look like:Lead and oversee complex structural engineering projects for ports and marine facilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth.Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions and manage client relationships.Drive innovation in structural design, oversee quality control processes, and contribute to the companys thought leadership through publications and presentations.The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you dont tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.QualificationsWhat are we looking for from you?Minimum 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with extensive experience in ports and marine projectsRecognised qualification (Associate Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Similar).Proven project management and design experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.Track record of technical expertise delivering Ports and Marine projects.Advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, particularly in marine environments.Additional InformationAECOM acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we, our clients and our communities live and work around Australia.
