In this role, you will lead PepsiCos Strategy and Business Development.For you:Competitive benefits package:12% annual bonus24.5k car allowance p.a.Discounts on Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolioGenerous leave options (wellness, birthday, volunteer, 20 weeks parental for both primary & secondary carer, additional leave purchase/cash out)Lease PlanHealth & Wellness programs:Discounted private health insuranceFinancial coachingCounselling sessionsFlu vaccinationsSkin checksProfessional development programsGlobal career opportunitiesResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Set the strategic agenda for ANZ BULead 3-5 year planning and Strategic Deep Dives and Board presentationsLead ANZ Strategic Projects to unlock growthLead Ad-hoc projects, incl M&A, Scenario Planning and Whitespace analysis- Operationalize Strategic Focus Initiatives (cross-functional, multi-year, high-impact) : Set up, Coordination and Governance- Provide insights and structured problem solving methodology for the business most critical projectsProvide strategic decision making support to CEO, CFO and ELTProactively partner with key ELT stakeholders to initiate, drive and optimize Strategic Focus Initiatives (g. eComm, Whitespace Expansion, Future-proofing the Portfolio, etc.)Build and annually refresh ANZs 3-5 year strategic roadmap in close collaboration with CEO, CFO and ELT; present and gain sign-off from RegionLead and coordinate the cross-functional development of new strategic and transformational initiatives, for example Digital Strategy, Imports/Exports, Portfolio Strategy and Whitespace analysisStructure ANZs thinking for Strategic ExpansionRepresent ANZ Strategy at Region level, e.g. refreshing PepsiCos Growth ModelDemocratize Strategy by conducting Strategy trainings and workshops, and promote strategic thinking/tools across the orgQualificationsAbout you:Excellent strategic problem solving and structuring skills, ability to problem solve and identify root causes and solutions across all parts of the organizationProven ability to operationalize strategy at all levelsExcellent communication (written and oral) skills and a successful track record in liaising with key stakeholdersAn ability to think laterally, challenge the accepted norms and to continually look at driving positive change and improvementsDemonstrated people management skillsAbility to influence employees and managers at all levels of the organisation and across different regions/SectorsExperience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Project Strategy and M&A StrategyStrong organisational and project management skillsAt least 8-10 years working experience focusing on strategy and BD; Top consultancy background preferred;MBA preferred but not compulsoryAbout us:Join us and work with iconic brands like Doritos, Gatorade, Pepsi Max, Smiths Chips, Red Rock Deli, Twisties, Quaker Oats, and Bluebird NZ.Recognised as a Top Employer in Australia and New Zealand for the past 4 yearsFamily Friendly Certification (AU)Australian Disability Network MemberPepsiCo is dedicated to sustainability with initiatives like EV chargers, net-zero energy efficiency, hydro trucks, and net-zero water usage.
