Within RBS, the Home Buying team aims to unlock the dream of home ownership for all Australians.The Apply with Ease crew is reimagining how Australians buy homes with the easiest and fastest loan origination experience.The Customer Choices and Status Tracking squad is reimagining how all parties digitally identify and onboard customers, while keeping them connected through real-time status updates in the CommBank app. Were crafting industry-leading, exceptional customer experiences powered by cutting-edge technologybalancing commercial outcomes with effective risk management.This is a 12 months max term or secondment opportunity.Do work that mattersThe Product & Solution Management Chapter is committed to the learning, development and growth of Chapter members.You will report directly to the Chapter Area Lead, Product & Solution Management, and have a dotted line reporting relationship with the Product Owner, Customer Choices and Status TrackingEnhance and deliver the end-to-end product roadmap and strategyWork with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver market leading customer experiences and risk & regulatory obligationsLead 6-8 product managersDevelop product management capability and coach chapter members to reach their potential, directly influencing the performance and career outcomes of your chapter members.Contribute to and influence outcomes for the Home Buying Chapter Area as a member of the product chapter leadership teamRole-model and embed the product mindset and unlock the benefits of product discovery for the Chapter and the Crew. Lead the adoption of AI tools to drive efficiencies and improve customer outcomes across the Chapter Area.More specifically, you will:Lead and execute multiple prioritised initiatives to achieve business outcomesIterate and enhance the customer experience using a data-driven and collaborative approach to identify and deliver initiatives that solve customer problemsDiscover and experiment to ensure every initiative and new and emerging ideation is delivering value to customers, partners and shareholders.Identify, articulate and manage risks, obligations and regulatory requirements to reach timely decisionsApply Business Acumen, Leadership, Change Management and Project Management experience to determine optimal approach in project execution.Lead 6-8 Chapter members, including recruitment, development and coaching to realise their full potential.Drive and uplift product management capabilities and skillset for the Product and Solution Management Chapter.We want to hear from people who have:Strong leadership ability and a coaching mindsetStrong communication, influencing and excellent business writing skillsStrong knowledge of Home Buying and the regulatory environmentDeeply passionate and curious about customer experience, emerging technologies and AIProven track record of performance and delivery with a high degree of integrity and judgementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of commercial acumenStrong customer focusWe operate in a hybrid working environment, meaning a blend between being in the office and working remote.If this sounds like you, please apply.If you''re already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you''ll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
