The DP is responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing the organizations visibility. The DP will ensure data-driven decision-making to secure funding for FrontLines long-term financial stability and sustainability. The DP will lead and mentor a high-performing development team, strengthen FrontLines brand and community presence, and secure the resources needed to advance the agencys mission.Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pmRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Nonprofit Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 8 years experience in fundraising, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior leadership capacity. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising revenue targets.Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or Organizational Development. Four to eight years of experience in fundraising with senior-level collaboration in a social service non-profit organization.
