As aMember Sales Officerat ourGenesis Health + Fitness Taylors Lakesclub, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Genesis Health + Fitness Club.We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for the right candidates.The role is highly varied but has two clear goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high-quality customer service.The roles could include early morning, evening and weekend shifts.Key Responsibilities:Proactively contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaignsGenerating new leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, and seeking referrals from new and existing membersProviding club tours and sales presentations to prospective new membersActive involvement in member retention activitiesOpening or closing the club when requiredProvide exceptional customer service and and contribute to our overall member experience.Basic cleaning duties do apply on the gym floors and bathroom maintenance.To be successful in this role, you will need:Current First Aid & CPR certificatesAbility to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goalsStrong communication skillsCustomer focusedFitness Industry sales experience preferredIn return, we offer you:Initial and ongoing training and support to develop your customer service, sales and leadership skillsA rewarding commission structure1 x complimentary Premium Genesis Health + Fitness membershipApply:Submit your CV & cover letter via the ''Apply'' button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
