Additionally, a poolside restaurant has been added, providing a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting.The extensive new tropical gardens create a serene and inviting atmosphere, offering a wonderful base from which to explore all the remarkable attractions and natural beauty that the Top End has to offer.Job DescriptionPlan and carry out preventative maintenance throughout the Hotel to ensure standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.Liaise with the General Manager and Financial Controller regarding use of contractors within the Hotel, controlling expenditure and ensuring work is to the standard required by the company and manufacturer specifications.QualificationsTrade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering would be preferred.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Property Management System.Additional InformationWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
