As part of their continued growth, theyre seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Training and Operations to lead training delivery, operational systems, and contract execution across their national footprint.This executive-level role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality operations across multiple brands and third-party partners. Youll drive performance outcomes, oversee internal teams, and play a key role in aligning operations with business strategy.About the CompanyThis RTO is nationally recognised for delivering accredited training programs to both government-funded and commercial clients.
