Your role includes:Key ResponsibilitiesProviding comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.Conducting history-taking, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals as needed.Managing chronic diseases in accordance with national guidelines.Administering vaccinations and ordering diagnostic tests as required.Collaborating with specialists, allied health professionals, and nursing staff.Ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping using medical software.Maintaining high standards of patient safety, infection control, and quality care.After hours on call with rotating rosterWhat Were Looking ForCurrent AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner.Vocational Recognition (Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM preferred) or eligibility.Expedited Pathway GPs from UK and Ireland and New Zealand are strongly encouraged to apply along with overseas GPs that have been assessed by RACGP as partially or substantially comparable.Qualifications that will be accepted on the Expedited pathway are MRCGP+CCT UK from 2007 onwards, MICGP+CSCST (Ireland from 2009 onwards) and FRNZCGP New Zealand (from 2012 onwards).Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centred care.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.Overseas Applicants WelcomeWe welcome overseas-trained doctors and those under restrictions to apply.
