Youll play a critical role in delivering core HR programs and cyclical processes including employee engagement plans and DEI initiatives.Your ability to build strong, credible relationships across all levels of the organisation will be key to your success. Youll provide timely, pragmatic advice and coaching, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and improve HR practices.This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your HR expertise, commercial acumen, and proactive mindset will be highly valued as you help shape a positive and resilient workforce.The Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & EngagementCreate, execute and lead the implementation of annual engagement surveys, translating insights into targeted, year-round initiatives that address key development areas demonstrating authentic leadership, and the ability to energise and mobilise others toward a shared vision;Manage internal and external DEI reporting requirements ie WGEA, Board reporting and quarterly risk measures, reviewing regularly to improve reporting outcomes and support strategic objectives. Identify trends or issues inhibiting the delivery of strategic objectives; andManage relationships with DEI providers for assigned DEI programs, initiatives, and events so they are delivered on time, within budget and success measures are achieved.Employee RelationsManage ER matters and act as the primary escalation point for sensitive, complex or high-risk matters; andReview and enhance employee relations procedures, templates and documentation to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance within the team.Learning & DevelopmentCollaborate with people leaders to identify training needs and objectives and support people leaders in fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and professional growth;Develop and implement developmental programs to enhance employee and leadership capabilities whether by facilitation, coaching sessions or external training;Create and oversee L&D training schedule including related compliance modules ie OHS, company policies well in advance, outlining all training and programs to be built and delivered so that they are delivered on time, within budget and success measures are achieved;Design and embed role specific training pathways, to map clear progression and skill development; andEnsure all L&D activities are delivered within approved budget parameters, while maximising return on investment.Lead the development and implementation of OHS strategiesthat align with organisational goals and legislative requirements; andPromote a proactive safety cultureby partnering with leaders and employees to embed safe work practices across all levels of the organisation.About youWith over 5 years of experience in a similar role, you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for cultivating engagement through impactful people strategies.Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field;Proven ability to align HR strategy with business objectives;Strong ER, OHS, and L&D experience;Experience in financial services or banking (highly regarded); andExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Employee BenefitsWere all about balance delivering great work and enjoying the journey.
