Strong customer focusBrand new Warehouse located in Dandenong SouthTHE ROLEReporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Manager plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing our VIC state warehouse. This involves developing and implementing efficient operational models that enhance the customer experience and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments. The success of the VIC Warehouse is integral to the overall performance of the Distribution Channel, strengthening Beaumont Tiles'' competitive edge in the market.This role is responsible for (but not limited to):Lead & develop a high-performing team, including a Warehouse 2IC and Warehouse Team MembersFoster a safety-first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standardsOversee warehouse DIFOT (Delivery In-Full On-Time) performance and operational efficiencyManage P&L, stock integrity, and warehouse capacity planningImplement continuous improvement initiatives and national warehouse standardsDevelop and maintain strong communication channels for seamless operationsUtilise WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and technology to enhance performanceTHE PERSONYoure a high-performing, professional individual who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment. Having industry experience in a similar role, youre a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure.
