This is a high-impact role that will contribute to the strategic financial direction of the business. In this role, youll partner closely with the Technology leadership team to align financial goals with strategic priorities. Applying your financial lens, youll transform data into meaningful insights and deliver high-quality commercial acumen with deep financial expertise across cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and be a catalyst for continuous improvementenhancing reporting, streamlining financial processes, and helping shape the future of finance within a fast-paced, innovative environment.The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, is proactive and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.How will I help?Provide monthly management reporting and insights, forecasts, risks and opportunities and all associated commentary and insightsOversee the delivery of accurate and complete financial results, including overseeing month end close, and supporting and educating business stakeholders on finance policies and proceduresProviding commercial and financial understanding to business stakeholders, and present information in a way to facilitate and influence decision making to drive optimal financial business performanceSupport the delivery of forecast and annual operating plan as part of the 3-year annual planning process - includes leading the collation, analysis and providing information to support throughout preparation process, as well as managing the accurate submission into the finance systemManage regular forecasts and leverage knowledge and relationships to proactively identify risks and opportunitiesContribute to the development and assessment of business cases and financial modelsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including a strong understanding of key activities and drivers.Why work at Bupa?We keep our people smiling by helping them improve their lives in and outside of the office.Were a welcoming lot, no matter who you are or where youve come from. You will have experience delivering in a finance business partnering role, ideally in a complex transformational environment. Strong technical expertise in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and planning is essential.You will be highly organised, outcome-oriented, and capable of balancing short-term deliverables with long-term planning. You should have a proven track record of building trusted relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
