Grounded in the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Framework, this role offers holistic, strengths-based care that strengthens connection to culture, kinship, Country, and community. Youll deliver home and community-based support, assist families in navigating complex systems, and advocate for culturally informed, trauma-responsive care plans. Working within a multidisciplinary team, youll also support access to healing practices, parenting resources, and cultural reconnection activitieshelping families thrive on their own terms.Experience RequirementsThis position is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Identified position and is exempt under the Equal Opportunity Act (1984).
