This isnt just an admin role. Its a chance to lead, optimise, and shape how we scale.Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager, youll drive continual improvement across our pre-construction workflows. Youll mentor a Sales Administrator, manage complex builder and documentation ecosystems, and act as the guardian of process, compliance, and momentum.Your work will empower the sales, finance, and customer teams to move faster, smarter, and with more confidence, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.What Youll DoDrive workflow optimisationOwn and refine workflows across finance, land, and builder pathways - from first sketch to site startIdentify friction points and implement changes that increase proactivity, reduce errors, and improve speedPartner with the Sales Operations Manager to introduce smarter systems, automations, and scalable toolsOversee sketch and estimate submissions to ensure alignment between internal teams and builder partnersMaintain version control across pricing, specifications, and documentation eliminating delays and reworkEnsure all project documentation meets compliance requirements and quality benchmarksMentor and manage sales adminLead and develop a high-performing Sales Administrator, with a focus on building skills, ownership, and best-practice habitsEstablish efficient admin procedures drawn from builder-side experience ensuring seamless support across the businessCollaborate across the Locale ecosystemInterface daily with Locale Homes, Locale Wealth, and Locale Financial to maintain flow and remove blockersCoordinate builder communications, track project statuses, and maintain visibility across multiple platforms (HubSpot, Monday.com, Excel, SharePoint)Contribute to packaging, listings (e.g. REA), builder comparisons, and land pairing processesSupport strategic growthPlay a key role in onboarding, reporting, and data integrity to support faster, better-informed decisionsHelp evolve our operating model as we scale across WA and nationally bringing fresh thinking and robust executionWhat You Bring3+ years in residential construction, ideally in estimating, drafting, client liaison, or contracts/pre-conExperience working within or alongside builders, you understand how to get from sketch to site without delaysPeople leadership or mentoring experience, you know how to develop others while keeping high standardsTech confidence: Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and CRM/project tools (HubSpot and Monday.com preferred)Exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation, and communication skillsProcess-driven mindset, with a natural curiosity for better, smarter ways of workingCommercial lens, you understand how operational excellence fuels growth and performanceSolution focused, you hit challenges head on, think on your feet and keep things movingWhy Join Locale?Work across three brands: Get exposure to homes, finance, and investment - shaping a 360 view of the property journeyInnovative, fast-moving team: Be part of an energetic, ideas-led, no-ego crew with real industry impactCareer growth opportunities: As we scale in WA and nationally, your role can grow into broader leadership or strategic opsPurpose and performance: Help everyday Australians make confident property decisions, backed by world-class executionIndependent and trusted: We work for the customer and champion their experience - no exceptionsA system builders dream: Shape the processes that will support our next phase of growth, from the inside outThis is more than an operations role.
