Youll be leading our Strategy and Operations team (currently 2 members), reporting into the Director of Operations.You will be an analytical and strategic individual, with strong leadership skills who is excited about applying their exceptional problem solving skills to help scale our operations and drive impact. Youll be working closely with senior members of the operations, product and technology teams as well as collaborating with other teams (both internal and external) to drive meaningful change to our customer''s end-to-end experience.
