The Director, will lead a project team/s (Project Directors, Project Managers and Projects Officers), providing clear direction in navigating through complex / substantial risk projects to drive quality infrastructure outcomes in partnership with HHSs.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience in delivering large scale complex projects within a health infrastructure service delivery environment or similar.Experience in leading and managing a high performing team while ensuring quality human and financial resources practices are adhered to.Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other industry partners to achieve required outcomes.The ability to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a large-scale project.If you''re ready to make a meaningful impact and take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply!How to ApplyTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit:Your resume including two referees who have a thorough knowledge of your capabilities, work performance and conduct within the previous two years.A one (1) page statement outlining your suitability for this position, which should include examples and outcomes achieved to demonstrate your suitability for the role.
