There is a long-term focus on success for both its people and the assets they manage.The RoleThis is a true end-to-end commercial property management role focusing on quality tenant relationships, strong financial management, and proactive building operations.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of three high-quality commercial office assets in Parramatta and the Sydney CBD.Maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships through open, consistent communicationOverseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and lease compliancePreparing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reportingCoordinating alongside the Facilities Manager, building maintenance, compliance, and OH&S requirementsEngaging directly with the client''s asset manager and providing recommendations to enhance performance and rate of return.Ensuring presentation and performance standards are consistently metWhat You BringYoure sharp, solutions-focused, and love being across all aspects of your buildings.
