The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and youll be responsible for both the product delivery & overall health of the Engineering Team.As a team, we own the client investment & settlement workflows (signup, investment, redemption), reconciliation control, unit registry / investment ledger and integration rails with our investment providers.About YouHave experience leading a team engineers whilst remaining hands on.Have experience solving distributed systems challenges - scalability, consistency, latency.Enjoy engaging in collaborative multi-functional teams.Mastery of backend technologies is essential.
