As an Assistant Store Manager at Pillow Talk, youll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive the operational and sales performance of your store. Youll review store and team member performance regularly and collaborate with the Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans that leverage your stores potential. Youll be a brand ambassador and create highly personalized experiences for customers and employees alike, ensuring high engagement, a positive culture, and sustainable revenue growth.
