Where our people to love what they do,supporting over 6,000 people each year across more than 25 sites.About The Role:Reporting to the Head of ICT, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery oversight. You will shape the future of enterprise systems with AI enablement and reporting capabilities while ensuring excellent user experience and vendor engagement.In this role, you will:Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering application, integration, and BI solutionsDrive the delivery using agile methodologies across sprint cycles and continuous system improvement projectsOversee Level 2 support for core business applications (ERP, CRM, Care Management, etc.)Manage relationships with software vendors and ensure SLAs are achievedSupport implementation of AI-powered tools, automation, and predictive analyticsPartner with the Transformation Delivery Office to align solutions to enterprise architecturePromote a culture of innovation, service improvement, and data-driven decision-makingAbout YouProven experience managing cross-functional application or data teamsStrong grasp of Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and enterprise system supportSolid understanding of integration architecture, reporting tools, and data governanceFamiliarity and experience with AI, machine learning, and intelligent process automationStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skillsComfortable working across multiple platforms and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in service-based industries such as aged care, healthcare, or NFPsExperience with AI tools within a corporate environment such as Microsoft Copilot,Experience with Reporting and automation tools such as Power BI, RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate)Understanding of ethical AI use and data privacy principlesWhy Choose Us?Salary packaging, enjoy up to$15,990 of your salary tax-free!- allocate a portion of your salary to rent/ mortgage/ car lease or everyday expenses before your salary is taxed- and you take home more pay!Exclusivesupplier discountsacross a range of servicesincludingAIA Health Cover,Pest Audit,AGL (electricity and gas), andThe Cosmetics Companyfor great deals on appliances and holidaysEnjoy access to ourEmployee Assistance ProgramOpportunities for skills and career growth- we support additional study with time off and some paid support.
