With 100 years of local manufacturing, we know our craft; however, what truly sets us apart is our support for cultural, humanitarian, and scientific causes worldwide.Aligned with our journey to excellence and our focus on Safety at Heart, we recruit based on four core values: Connecting to customers, Constantly challenging, Socially committed, Inspiring confidence.We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our Coomera Store in a Permanent Full Time position.The Coomera store operates Monday to Friday (NO nights).As the Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:Customer service and processing salesTinting and mixing of paintWorking with the team to achieve store targetsProviding exceptional customer servicePerforming stock takes, stock replenishment, unpacking, and storing inward goodsUsing pallet jacks, walkie stackers, and other devices for manual handlingSupporting the Store Manager with administrative tasks and other duties as requiredTo be considered, you should have:3-5 years of retail experienceInterest in moving into a leadership role (training provided)Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales and KPI goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approachGood time management and multi-tasking abilitiesWe seek a team player eager to develop their retail career into a leadership role within a company that offers growth opportunities.
