Our construction work includes acting for principals, builders, contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers with a focus on resolution of disputes. We also advise on procurement and contract negotiation. Our insolvency work includes acting for liquidators and trustees including recovery proceedings, advice work and public examinations.This role is suitable for candidates wishing to work either full time or part time, and flexible working arrangements are offered. You are encouraged to speak to us about how we can make the role work for you.About youTo be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with at least 5 years'' PAE, and bring strong experience in building and construction and insolvency.
