In this strategic leadership role, you''ll oversee all boutique functions, drive commercial excellence, and establish the operational standards that elevate the Henne experience to extraordinary heights.This is a full-time, permanent leadership position based at our Greville Street Boutique, requiring flexibility to optimise performance during peak trading periods including weekends and evenings.Purpose of the RoleThe Store Manager serves as the driving force behind boutique success, with comprehensive accountability for team leadership, commercial performance, and operational excellence.
