The matters in this practice will cover standard commercial transactions as well as tailored services to medical/allied health, IP and tech businesses. The clientele advised includes start-up and family businesses to internationally listed companies.A small insight into the work currently being advised on includes:Mergers & acquisitionsTrustsStructuring and capital raising,Commercial contracting,Business success and buy/sell agreements,Shareholder and unit holder agreementsGeneral commercial drafting and negotiation of various agreementsAbout youThis role is ideal for an Associate keen to develop their career in corporate practice.
