With a team of experienced educators and a strong focus on wellbeing, creativity, and early learning outcomes, Kidscape delivers a rounded start to every childs education journey.If youre ready to lead a passionate and well-resourced team with the autonomy to drive impactful change, this is the role for you.For more information, please visit our website: www.kidscapeearlylearning.com.auAbout the OpportunityKidscape Early Learning Centre is looking for a full-time Centre Director based in Ballarat, Victoria.You are responsible for overseeing the operational, educational, and leadership functions of the Centre whilst drawing on your creative abilities to market and stategise.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Overseeing staffing levels, routines, recruitment, and professional development of educatorsManaging events ranging from open days to seasonal activities with community involvementEnsuring high-quality educational programming aligned with laws and regulationsDriving family engagement, inclusive practices, and a safe, nurturing learning environmentCoordinating compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting proceduresShowcasing the centres personality and achievements through hands-on social media and local marketingLeading quality improvement planning and achieving operational and financial targetsAbout YouTo qualify, you will need at least a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and 3 years of experience as a Director or Supervisor in an early childhood setting.You must also hold:First Aid qualification in an Education and Care SettingAnaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificationValid Working with Children CheckAccredited Child Protection TrainingAs our ideal candidate, you will be an energetic, professional leader who can connect authentically with families, staff, and the broader community.
